I just finished upgrading WordPress to version 2.5. Everything seems to be working fine. However, it seems to be running a bit slow. I’ll check it again later and see what’s slowing it down so much.
Hopefully this is the last time I’ll ever have to upgrade WordPress again.

I haven’t noticed a slowdown since jumping to 2.5. My only slowdowns are the random Dreamhost slowdowns. It’s hit or miss with those folks.
FWIW I like the new admin panel.. EXCEPT the writing post setup. Categories belongs on the side where it used to be. Besides that it works for me.

It seems to be running fine now. I installed it at 8:00 pm which is when the tubes are filled up, so that’s probably why it ran slow for me. Curse teh interwebs.
I agree, the categories thing is incredibly irritating.
