I’ve seen a lot of people posting big “u comment I follow” buttons all over the place, but I’ve yet to post one. Most of the ones that are out now are fairly bulky, so I whipped up a quick one using a button generator that simply reads “I follow”.
If you wish to show your support of removing the “nofollow” tag from links in your blog’s comments, please put this image on your blog. Oh, and please upload the image to your server, I don’t have unlimated bandwidth.
Please subscribe, or else I will cry. Do you really want to make a programmer cry?

I’m glad you asked people to save the image and upload it to their own host. When you don’t have a blog, you don’t really care. But when you do, things start to change. I guess they say the same thing about having ids…but that’s a whole ‘nother subject!

Well the main reason I asked people to put it on their own server is because my hosting contract says I can’t use my site for image hosting (on a shared server, not a dedicated one), so I’d imagine letting people hotlink to my stuff is technically “image hosting”.

I glad someone has taken this beyond those giant buttons. This one is almost mysterious - i follow -
woogiboo.
Adding more information about the history of this subject would help those unaware of this cause. Just a thought.

You’ve read my mind, I’m already working on a post that is set to be posted monday or tuesday that covers it all
I should have done it on this one, but I forgot to include it.

Thanks for sharing the button. The u follow is something I use in my comments but I didn’t find anything I could really use in my sidebar yet, thanks. Scott
