So basically for the past month or so I haven’t been able to send e-mails to people with Yahoo addresses and I finally contacted my host about it today. According to the tech support guy, he has been working on getting my server’s IP removed from their blacklist (I’m on a shared server, remember) for 5 weeks now. He has sent 3 reports in a row to them (plus dozens of others) and has yet to get a single response.
Yahoo, why must you be such dicks?
I would pay the extra mula for a dedicated/vps hosting plan, but I don’t really have extra cash that I can just throw around like that. So, for the time being if you e-mail me from a Yahoo address I’ll respond via my gmail address. I’ll check on the status of this little blacklist issue daily until the problem gets fixed.
Yahoo, please get working on it!!!
