Maybe I just have a sick sense of humor, but this cell phone maniac sure sounds like a 10 year old boy to me. Can barely even hear what they are saying, but it just sounds a bit like a kid covering their mouth while talking on the phone.
Perhaps it is a kid who knows the families through their friends or something?
