In case you didn’t hear about it a few days back, MyBlogLog is planning to rebrand and make some significant changes.
In a way this is a good move, since MyBlogLog is primarily used by bloggers and Yahoo wants to make it more public. On the other hand, the social networking site already gets spammed enough, I can’t even imagine what it’ll be like after this.
All I know is Yahoo better start punishing users for spamming, and they better put MyBlogLog on new servers. Really, everything about it is slow. It’s just slow…

Slow is why I trashed it. Another thing was it didn’t help PR at all. The darn think linked to them, and then you would have to navigate threw several pages to get to the person’s site you clicked on the first time.

Its probably ran inside some cheesy non-yahoo owned data center. Everything else Yahoo owns runs really fast.
