‘Tis a great day for the U.S. Patent System. The Supreme Court of the land has made a ruling that makes obvious patents much harder to defend. Way to go!

Yahoo Photos To Be Shut Down!

Yahoo is finally closing shop on its popular Yahoo Photos service. For months they have been telling users to switch over to Flickr. So, if you are lazy and have yet to backup your images, you better do it now!

Software Breakpoints Patented?

If this ain’t an obvious Patent then I don’t know what is. Apparently someone holds a patent on software breakpoints that are used for debugging, etc. Yeah… I’m sure that’ll hold up in court *end sarcasm*
