Man Sues The ‘Net
A man has essentially sued the Internet. He is going after Google, Wikipedia and openpolitics.ca claiming that Internet hosts should be held liable for libelous statements. Will he succeed? Who knows. In the U.S. he wouldn’t, but since he is in Canada it is a complete mystery.
