Yahoo Gives Out Unlimited Mail Storage - Kills My Spam Experiment

Dammit Yahoo, Dammit! Why did you guys have to do this? *sigh*

Yahoo has just announced that starting May 2007 all users of Yahoo Mail will have unlimited storage. Oh, and all of that is for free also.

Yeah, thank you Yahoo. I was in the middle of a spam experiment to see if I could ever reach the 1 gig limit they had set, but it looks as though my experiment is over. In October I was at 11,000 spam e-mails, and in November I was at 29,000 spams (or 100 megs of e-mail).

Currently my Yahoo account is at around 60,000 spam e-mails, for some odd reason the rate of spams per month has slowed down dramatically.

Oh well, looks like I have some cleaning to do ;)

Edit: Or I could keep going and see what Yahoo does…

Please subscribe, or else I will cry. Do you really want to make a programmer cry?
