I just had to disable the DoFollow WordPress plugin. The plugin automatically removes the “nofollow” tag added to all links in comments. For some bizarre reason the plugin just died and I started getting bucket-loads of PHP errors from it on the administration panel.
It will remain disabled until I can figure out why it started doing that, and get it fixed.
