Google has been beaten up by users in recent months for the lack of accurate subscription number reporting. No matter what, even if 1,000 users are subscribed to your feed via Google Reader, the number shown on services like Feedburner is much less. Luckily Google has heard our requests and will soon start to report the numbers.
Users of Feedburner should notice an increase in Google Reader subscriber numbers on Saturday, which is welcome news for most publishers.
